WH Smith North America has launched its second round of store openings at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD)

Six Points Market and Blvd & Branch have opened their doors to bring a touch of the local Chicago community to the airport’s Terminal 5, along with tech and accessory brand InMotion.

Inspired by the six-pointed stars on the city flag, Six Points Market was designed to reflect Chicago’s community pride and the locals’ love for their city. It offers everything from reading material and locally crafted gifts to beverages, snacks, and Chicago flag souvenirs. Six Points Market also features an in-store coffee shop, serving locally roasted coffee from Metropolis Coffee, which was brought to ORD by partners and father-daughter duo, Farhana and Sulaiman Rahim.

Blvd & Branch represents Chicago’s diverse culture and sense of community. With a strong focus on local, minority and female-owned businesses, products have been curated to connect customers to an authentic Chicago shopping experience. Blvd & Brand showcases beloved local brands like Lettering Works, Dishique Boutique, and ChiBoys, which opened a dedicated retail shop at ORD earlier this year, also in partnership with WH Smith North America.

InMotion is the world’s largest airport-based electronics retailer. Offering tech products from the likes of Apple, Beats, Bose, Sony and JBL, this will be the brand’s first outlet at ORD.

“We are so pleased to expand our store portfolio inside Chicago O’Hare International Airport,” said Toby Keir, CEO of WH Smith North America. “We strive to ensure that the local community is well represented in every market we operate in. We would like to thank the Chicago Department of Aviation and all our local partners for the opportunity to showcase this wonderful city.”
