The global aviation services provider has added a series of accessibility tools to its careers and corporate websites
By using the Recite Me assistive toolbar, visitors to Menzies Aviation’s Global Careers Hub can now access a wide range of tools to customise their digital experience. These include screen reading functionality, multiple reading aids, customisable styling options and an on-demand live translation feature that boasts over 100 languages, including 65 text-to-speech and styling options.
Offering a more accessible recruitment experience is in line with Menzies’ diversity strategy, which aims to bring about a more balanced workforce and inclusive culture. All of the functionality of Recite Me’s assistive technology is also available on the Menzies Aviation website.
