The board of directors of Copenhagen Airports has appointed Christian Poulsen acting CEO, effective September 30

Currently chief operating officer (COO) of Copenhagen Airports, Christian Poulsen will lead the airport until a replacement has been found for Thomas Woldbye, who is stepping down after 12 years as CEO. Woldbye will leave the company on September 30 to become CEO of London Heathrow Airport.

Poulsen has held various positions at Copenhagen Airports over the last 14 years, spending the last four as COO. He will remain COO while serving as acting CEO.
