Avia Solutions Group business Aviator Airport Alliance has expanded its strategic collaboration with Lufthansa Group

Avia Solutions Group business Aviator Airport Alliance, a provider of aviation services across the Nordics, has expanded its strategic collaboration with Lufthansa Group.

The expanded arrangement is effective from December 2023 until November 2026 and applies to an Aviator-operated station in Gothenburg, Sweden (GOT). It will see Aviator provide full ground handling and de-icing services for the companies of the Lufthansa Group: Lufthansa (LH), Austrian Airlines (OS), and Swiss International Air Lines (LX). Brussels Airlines (SN) will join the partnership agreement from April 2024.

Jo Alex Tanem, CEO of Aviator Airport Alliance, said: “After the expansion of the partnership, we will have around 75 weekly turns, and this is a bold sign of trust from our partners.”

Aviator Airport Alliance is part of Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance) provider, with a fleet of 197 aircraft operating on all continents in the world. The group also provides various aviation services such as MRO, pilots and crew training, ground handling, and other interconnected solutions.
