Idemia has launched a new TSA PreCheck enrolment initiative at Orlando International Airport (MCO).

This new service provides a convenient, no appointment TSA PreCheck enrolments option to travellers, enabling them to apply for TSA PreCheck before leaving home. It takes five minutes or less, and most passengers will receive their Known Traveler Number (KTN) within three to five days.

Idemia TSA PreCheck Enrolment Ambassadors will be stationed in front of the security checkpoint for Gates 1-59, located on the South Walk side, in easy-to-spot uniforms with specially equipped carts for enrolling passengers in TSA PreCheck. The service is available Monday-Friday from 5:00 am to 11:00 am. Travellers who apply on-site will have access to the reserved line at the security checkpoint for their departure on the day they complete their TSA PreCheck application, MCO said.

According to the airport, TSA PreCheck enrolment is now more accessible, and more travellers can take advantage of a smoother airport security screening process that lets them keep their shoes and belts on and leave compliant liquids and laptops in their bags. Children aged 12 and younger may join a parent or guardian with TSA PreCheck in the dedicated lanes.

“Orlando International Airport is known for its support of innovation and technology to help improve the customer experience,” said Kevin Thibault, chief executive officer of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. “Enabling more people to conveniently enjoy the benefits of TSA PreCheck helps enhance the overall Orlando Experience for everyone.”
