Victory Day Parade 2020

The largest Victory Day Parade in Russia takes place annually on the 9th May, celebrating the former Soviet Union's victory over the Nazis on the Eastern Front during World War Two. 

A lot of aircraft are involved in the flypast, with practices taking place in the run-up. 2020 is the 75th anniversary of the event, which is sure to be a spectacular one. 

Other European nations are set for celebrations around this day to commemorate the Allies' victory over the Axis powers, marking the end of World War Two.
