Air France has revealed plans to accelerate the retirement of its Airbus A380s announcing the “definitive end” to the type’s operation with the flag carrier.

European aircraft manufacturer, Airbus is developing a conversion system that will allow freight pallets to be installed on the cabin floor of the A330 and A350 widebody passenger aircraft. The solution will enable airlines to mount cargo shipments to the seat tracks following the removal of the economy-class seats.
