New Jet Airways Order for the Boeing 737 MAX

Jet Airways has announced a new order for 75 737 MAX airliners.  The airline announced its first order for 75 737 MAX aircraft in 2015 so this new deal adds 75 more MAXs to its future fleet.  The Jet Airways group currently operates a fleet of 120 aircraft, comprising Boeing 777-300 ERs, Next Generation Boeing 737s, Airbus A330-200/300s, ATR 72-500/600s and is set to take direct delivery of its first 737 MAX later this year.  It will be the first Indian carrier to operate the type.
