On January 25 Air France reopened the first part of a redesigned, much larger and totally renovated Business class lounge at its Paris Charles de Gaulle home.

The airline says that with an open kitchen, private saunas and a detox bar, the company has created a real bubble of well-being for its Business customers and Flying Blue Elite Plus cardholders in Hall L at CDG’s Terminal 2.

The 34,444sq ft (3,200m) facility will open in two stages with the second part to follow in July.

Anne Rigail, the airline’s Customer Executive Vice President commented: “This lounge is perfectly in line with Air France’s strategy to move upmarket, in the same way as the lounge at Terminal 2G.  It has been designed to surprise our customers with innovative services on the theme of well-being and gastronomy.”
