American Airlines Resumes Seasonal Flights From Edinburgh and Glasgow

American Airlines is set to resume seasonal services from Edinburgh Airport (IATA: EDI) to New York John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK), featuring a brand-new Business Class cabin. The service, operated by a Boeing 757-200 aircraft will feature 16 fully lie-flat Business Class seats arranged in a two-by-two configuration, plus personal Samsung Galaxy tablets loaded with new movie releases, hit TV programmes, games, music and best-selling book excerpts. The Main Cabin has also been refreshed with 160 seats in total, 52 of which will be ‘Main Cabin Extra’ seating, offering up to 7” of extra pitch. From May 6, American will also resume seasonal services from Glasgow Airport (GLA) to Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) using the same type of aircraft.
