ARINC’s long-time customer Münster-Osnabrück Airport (FMO), Germany, is extending its use of the company’s common-use solution with an upgrade to vMUSE.

Under the new agreement, ARINC is providing its CUPPS-compliant vMUSE platform with third level technical support.  The local maintenance support is delivered by FMO’s IT personnel.  The installation runs in a virtual server environment, allowing users to apply proven support processes across multiple airport solutions for a consolidated IT infrastructure.

Paul Hickox, ARINC’s International Operations Director, commented:  “We are delighted to continue working with the team at Münster-Osnabrück, who have been excellent partners.  They have continually found new and creative ways to adapt vMUSE into their IT environment and, as a result, offer their airline customers a high level of service.”
